Hawthorne at Southside is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet, $450 for 2 pets, and $550 for 3 pet. Pet rent is $25 per month per pet. 3 pets max per home. Maximum 3 pets. Breed restrictions apply.
